The Days of Noah
 
Mathew 24:37-39 As were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of man
For just as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, (men) marrying, and (women) being given in marriage, until the (very) day when Noah went into the ark
And they did not know or understand until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of man

The Amplified Bible seems to indicate that men were marrying men and woman were given in marriage to one another. To me it seems as if we are indeed living as in the days of Noah. With the governments of the world now allowing men to marry one-another and women to marry one-another. Abortion is another great evil, which is allowed to carry on by the governments under pro-choice. We now have blood shed which brings a curse on the countries and homosexuality which brings a curse on the cities.
 
We are indeed sacrificing our children to Molech again.
 
We need to understand that there were giants on the earth in those days of Noah, people were extremely wicked and terror was everywhere according to Gen 6 God was sorry that He had made man on the face of the earth, because there was only terrorism continually. Does this sound familiar?

The sons of God (fallen angels) saw the earth woman were very beautiful and took themselves wives and the offspring that was produced were giants very wicked men of renown. These giants were known as the Nephillim. There was one man that had found grace in the sight of God that man was Noah. Noah was told by God to build an ark, which is a type and shadow of the Lord Jesus Christ to the church today.
 
It took Noah 120 years to build the ark, can you imagine the ridicule he went through daily as no one had ever heard of rain and they could not believe why Noah was building this big boat with Noah warning them daily what was going to happen. The earth had been watered by a mist from within so water falling from the sky made no sense to the people of Noah’s day. Eventually after 120 years the Ark was complete Noah had brought on board his wife, their three sons and their wives and all the animals God had brought to the ark and when the last animal entered God Himself shut the door, and the rain started falling everyone was destroyed except for the family and animals on the ark.
 
What needs to be understood here is that this was the second time the earth was being destroyed by a flood. The first one happened between Gen 1:1 and Gen 1:2. We do not know too much about the world that then existed only that God had not thought it good to save anything, but totally destroyed that world.
 
We do however know that the world that then was inhabited. Adam was told to replenish the earth.
How would he replenish something not plenished before.
The Original or pre-Adamite earth

 
This creation was in the dateless past. The Hebrew says of Gen 1:1 In the eternal past God called into existence heavens and dry ground. In Gen 1:2 we read that the earth was formless and void.
Meaning totally destroyed and empty.
 
We know that when God creates he creates perfection, but in verse 2 the earth is formless and empty. What happened? Then the Spirit of the Lord moves upon the deep, an earth covered with water. In Gen 1:3 God starts restoring the earth to it’s original condition before it was made “formless and void.” And submerged in water and darkness.
 
2 Peter 3: 3-7 To begin with, you must know and understand this, that scoffers (mockers) will come in the last days with scoffing (people who) walk after their own fleshly desires and saying, where is the promise of his coming? For since the forefathers fell asleep, all things have continued exactly as they did from the beginning of creation. For they willfully overlook and forget this (fact), that heavens (came into) existence long ago by the word of God, and an earth also which was formed out of water and by means of water. Through which the world that then (existed) was deluged with water and perished. But by the same word the present heavens and earth have been stored up (reserved for fire, being kept until the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly people

So we see that when the flood of Noah came upon the earth it was in fact the 2nd flood and Jesus warned in  Mathew 24:4 See that no man deceive you. Then Jesus warns in verse 37 that as the days of Noah were so it would be at the coming of the Son of man.
 
Is Jesus our ark who is soon coming in the rapture to take us out of this world, where terrible tribulation is soon coming on this world. The Word of God calls this Jacob’s great trouble. The time is at hand and the church needs to wake up before it is too late.
 
We are indeed living in the last days and the return of Jesus in immanent. We are told as Bible believing Christians to look up as our redemption is drawing near. The word of God tell us that the Spirit and the bride say come Lord Jesus.
 
Luke 21:34 But take heed to yourselves and be on your guard lest your hearts be overburdened and depressed – weighed down – with the giddiness and headache and nausea of self-indulgence, drunkenness and worldly worries and cares pertaining to (the business of) this life, and that day come upon you suddenly like a trap or a noose.
 
The good news is that the Lord is in fact coming for His bride and the bride is told in Scripture to
Watch, wait and pray in anticipation of this event called the rapture.

Luke 21:36 Keep awake then and watch at all times (that is, be discreet, attentive and ready); praying that you may have the full strength and ability and be accounted worthy to escape all these things (taken together) that will take place, and to stand in the presence of the Son of man.
 
We are truly living in the last days and are told there are many ways that lead to heaven, but my Bible tells me that there is only one way. Jesus said I am the way the truth and the life no man comes to the father but by me.
 
Jesus Christ is the only person that we can put our trust in to make it to heaven, there is absolutely no other way. Do you also realize that Jesus is the only one ever to say I am. Other religions say do this or that to make it, no sect or ism has ever had the audacity to say I am. The tell you that through much good works you might make it. No one has ever said in absolute truth that I am. Only our Lord Jesus Christ is the absolute truth, way and life. Praise His Holy Name.
 

Romans 10:9-10 Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your hearts believe (adhere to, trust in and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead you will be saved.
For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in and relies on Christ) and so is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to God, and with the mouth he confesses – declares openly and speaks out freely his faith – and confirms (his) salvation.

I would not be a minister of the Gospel if I did not tell you how to be saved according to the above Scripture there is only two things you have to do, confess the Lord Jesus Christ with your lips or mouth and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead. – two things confess and believe. Very simple.
 
Because we have the written word (Logos) and the Living Word (Rhema), man is without excuse today and will never be able to stand before the lord one day and say I never knew. God Himself has given us all things that pertain to Life and Godliness.

When we do things according to the Word of God and His way, we are obedient , and this will  bring great blessings into our lives. When we do things our way we are disobedient to the Word of God and this brings curses on our lives.
 
Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you, (the priestly nation,) have rejected knowledge; I will also reject you, that you shall be no priest to Me; seeing you have forgotten the law of your God, I will also forget your children.
 
God is good and wants only the best for our lives and when we are disobedient to Him we not only bring trouble on ourselves but also onto our children and grandchildren, by bringing generation curses on them and so the devil has an open door in the bloodline because of disobedience and rebellion.
 
Isaiah 53:5 But He (Jesus) was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement needful to obtain peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes that wounded Him, we are healed and made whole.
 
God made a way for us through Jesus Christ to be healed and made whole, to cut  off all generation curses brought on us by disobedient and rebellious ancestors,  rejecting knowledge of the Word of God. All we have to do is receive the Lord and what He did for us on the Cross of Calvary.
